Q: What are my delivery options?

A: We offer 2 delivery options. Customer can choose to either collect from any of our retail outlets or have their order delivered directly to them anywhere in South Africa.

Q: How much does delivery cost?

A: We offer free delivery for orders over R1 500.00. Orders below R1 500.00 are rounded off to the next kilogram (expand on how delivery is charged i.e., a table as per the shipping matrix on the website)

Q: Do you charge a collection fee?

A: Collections are FREE of charge.

Q: Where can I collect my order?

A: Orders can be collected from either of our retail outlets. We have Showrooms in Johannesburg, Kyalami and in East London. Customer will be advised on email when their order is ready to collect.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We currently do not ship outside of South Africa but kindly email for more information on international orders.

Q: When can I receive my order?

A: The order is processed and dispatched immediately after payment is received prior to 2:00pm on weekdays.  Orders placed after 2:00pm are dispatched the following day. Once with the courier, delivery will take 2-5 working days (depending on location) Remote/ Outlying areas can take longer (3-7 working day

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Once with the courier, an email with the waybill number and tracking link will be sent through to the customer.
