Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of receipt of goods to our Kyalami Warehouse & Showroom.

Stock may be returned for a refund within 21 days of the purchase date, subject to a handling fee charge of R180.00.
All items need to be returned in the original packaging and not damaged in any way.
No refunds or credits will be issued on sale items.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Credits can only be passed once goods have been received and assessed by our inspectors.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7 – 10 working days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 – 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 – 2 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 – 7 business days).

If you need to return an item, kindly email info@wallpaperinn.co.za with your order ID and name used to place the original order.

Special Orders and Worth The Wait are Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable as these are ordered on request. Please contact our sales team to confirm if you are unsure of your order.
