Refund policy

You may return most new, unopened items withinΒ 21 days of receipt of goods to our Kyalami Warehouse & Showroom.

Stock may be returned for a refund within 21 days of the purchase date, subject to a handling fee of R220.00.

Please note that refunds apply to the physical product only.
No refunds will be issued on any shipping or delivery fees paid, except where the return is a direct result of our error.

All items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and must not be damaged in any way.

No refunds or credits will be issued on sale items.


Inspection & Installation Responsibility

All wallpaper must be thoroughly inspected for faults, defects, damage, or discrepancies prior to installation. This includes checking each roll before cutting or hanging.

Once wallpaper has been cut or installed, it is deemed to have been accepted in good condition, and no claims for faults, defects, refunds, replacements, or credits will be considered after installation.

Wallpaper Inn cannot be held liable for any issues identified after installation, regardless of whether the product was purchased at full price or on sale.


Installer Disclaimer

Wallpaper Inn cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from installation carried out by installers who are not recommended or approved by Wallpaper Inn. The list of recommended installers can be found here: Installers

Any installation undertaken by a third-party installer is done entirely at the customer’s own risk, and we will not be liable for installation-related faults, damage, poor workmanship, or application errors.

We will cover the return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.

Credits or refunds will only be processed once goods have been received and assessed by our inspectors.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7–10 working days of handing your package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes:

  • Transit time for the return to reach us (2–3 working days)

  • Processing time once received (1–2 working days)

  • Bank processing time (5–7 working days)

As the category suggests, this item is truly Worth the Wait. Stock is not carried in South Africa; however, we pride ourselves on offering a turnaround time of approximately 3 weeks from the date of order.
