Shipping policy

We ship country wide and offer free shipping for orders over R2500.00.  Unless it is a worth the wait product. The order is processed and dispatched as soon as payment is made prior to 14:00.  If the order is placed after 14:00 it will then be dispatched the following day. 

Once with the courier, we work on a lead time of 2 – 3 working days for main centers with deliveries taking longer for outlying areas (2 – 5 working days).

Orders including "Worth the Wait" products are imported on demand and have a lead time of 10-12 working day. These products to not apply for free shipping.

All goods are dispatched from our Kyalami warehouse, with retail outlets in Kyalami, Johannesburg and Berea, East London. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Weights will be rounded up to the next kilogram for orders under R2500.00
